Does TikiWiki include a kind of task management in order to support project management? [14:36] Jyhem Hi Lina_ Tiki has a very flexible feature called "trackers" [14:36] Jyhem This lets you build a task management system. [14:37] Jyhem You build the tracker items with whatever fields are needed, then you can have any number of views [14:38] Lina_ Thank you very much for the answer! [14:38] Jyhem Then can be allocated to peoople, some fields can be hidden from customers, etc [14:39] Lina_ What do you expect: How long does it take to implement TikiWiki for someone who is not used to it? [14:39] Jyhem It's not an out-of-the-box thing but I get tasks allocated on one such systems (not public, sadly) [14:42] Jyhem Well, it depends on how complex your system needs to be. At least a couple days if you want to play with how features and options are set, customize themes, get the hang of the permission system,. [14:42] Jyhem Then again, your system can start small and grow afterwards [14:44] Jyhem Remember: all the features are shipped with Tiki, but you only need to activate those which make sense for your use case [14:45] Jyhem At least you don't have to choose from huge lists of third-party add-ons. Whatever you build is supported in future versions [15:54] robertokir joined #tikiwiki [19:51] Telesight joined #tikiwiki [20:30] Telesight joined #tikiwiki [20:58] fabricius joined #tikiwiki [22:55] zlinux joined #tikiwiki [22:56] fabricius joined #tikiwiki [23:28] Jyhem_ joined #tikiwiki [23:54] fabricius joined #tikiwiki
