[13:10] amette Is there btw any specialty with assigning permissions for file galleries? I have set a group to only be allowed to download files. Then I gave that group the right to upload to and create file galleries via category permissions and assigned that category to certain file galleries. But I for the life of me can't make it work. Uploading actually works via finder, but not via normal list view...

[16:19] Jyhem Hi amette, yes, file galleries perms are perplexing. It's like they were designed from the code up to figuring out the behaviour afterwards :-(

[16:21] Jyhem I have the feeling file gal permissions are propagated. Meaning if I need anonymous to be able to upload in a fgal, I need to let Anonymous to upload in the root fgal and all the intermediate ones :-(

[23:02] amette It's not a permission, it's a preference on file galleries (on each and every single one, when you create it).
