anyone know if it is intended behaviour/there is a reason why trackerlists or trackerfilters, when being used in a template for a pretty tracker don't display any items?
plugintrackerlist and plugintrackerfilter that is
To perhaps explain more clearly:
I have a wiki page, lets called it "TrackerDisplayTemplate" that is used as a template for viewing items in a tracker
so it has {$f_5} etc all over it
this aspect of it works fine
When viewing the template page itself, any plugintrackerlist or plugintrackerfilter work exactly as expected
(these are being used to show items in other trackers that are linked to this one)
however, when the template is used to actually view a tracker item
the plugintrackerlist and plugintrackerfilter just show "no records found"
even when no filtering at all is applied Tiki|bot: Recent Bug: - http://dev.tiki.org/item6727-Cannot-upload-images-to-file-galleries-on-tiki-org-anymore chibaguy: joined #tikiwiki
polom jonnyb: pompom
sorry lincolna - didn't see you there, will try and respond later...
@lincolna i think there is a parameter in trackerlist to tell it that it's inside a template... hmm, i can't find it (i don't use trackerlist anymore, list plugin is way better)
It might be this one: force_separate_compile="y" - might be worth trying? lincolna: I forget about pluginlist most of the time
so I could also try using that
the tooltip for force_seperate_compile doesn't read quite right, but giving it a go
nope jonnyb: it definitely used to be possible, it just really kills your server and database lincolna: one of the downsides to Tiki's kitchen sink approach does seem to be that sometimes features stop working, and it doesn't get noticed for a few versions jonnyb: most development recently has been on pluginlist and the search index, trackerlist was never a good solution to this kind of thing imho
sorry, got to go - bbl lincolna: ah yes, I'd foroggten the issue with plugin list - powerful it may be, comprehensible it is not easily marclaporte: joined #tikiwiki

I'm only getting the exact match results return
hod do I get any match instead
ie, I've got something like this: {filter field="tracker_field_itemLinkField" content="102"}
but I want it to match an item link field that points to 102, 103 and 104
but right now it only matches with items that link only to 103
*102
hmm, changing it it {"filter field="tracker_field_itemLinkField_text" content="FieldText"} works
but not when I substitute "FieldText" with "{$f_5}"
