   <br> pompom polom
   luciash: hi jonnyb !
<br> any idea why {now format="%d"} does not have any effect but {no format="%B %d"} works?
   <br> s/{no/{now/
jonnyb: hmm, that sounds odd indeed, no, no idea but could try it in teh debugger (soon/later) andsee what's happening...
   <br> does {now format="%d %B"} work?
luciash: yes, that combination also works
   jonnyb: hmmm....
luciash: it is the PluginNow btw, not plain smarty syntax
   <br> in wiki page

luciash: <u>jonnyb</u>: do not loose your time if it is not obvious - we can workaround using the date in smarty tpl file instead...
   <br> <u>jonnyb</u>: (for Ben)
jonnyb: sorry, in something else now will try later if i inish this in time...

luciash: <u>jonnyb</u>: sure, git pull, i just pushed something

<br> new file, should not conflict ;)

jonnyb: <u>luciash</u>: looking at the now plugin code it seems it will only return a valid date, and %d (which today is 24) isn't a valid date - seems really odd but it's been that way for a long time - seems incorrect though...
luciash: <u>jonnyb</u>: ah, that is a shame... I thought I would use two PluginNow-s on the page to wrap each on in their own div... strange month alone works though (it is not "valid date" either)
   <br> *each one
jonnyb: the name of the month?
   <br> i guess it knows that's a date somehow
luciash: yes, the %B alone works
   <br> {now format="%B"}
   <br> returns current month name
<br> yeah, i agree it seems incorrect
jonnyb: i think that bit of code just needs removing but i don't have time now to investigate, someone would be bound to want it put back :P

   <br> polom :)
<br> is it me or are relations broken in 18.1 ?
jonnyb: hi qP - i did notice relations broken in 18.x recently and i think i fixed them... so maybe
qP: jonny, great, i thought i was losing my mind
jonnyb: ah yes, it was a conflict with a change in Chosen select menus, so i think they work if you disable that
<br> yes, me too, was hard to track down
qP: i reverted back for 15.x for now :)
<br> but relations will be amazing
jonnyb: it will be fixed in 18.2 which is due soon, or you could grab a daily build from dev.tiki.org
qP: it will basically make tiki the best relational database app around
<br> ill wait, im in production, so i gotta use stable stuff and test it thoroughly :)
jonnyb: yes, it's a very powerful feature
qP: actually, while i have you, i have a question about setting up formating for notification emails

jonnyb: ok, makes sense - watch out for 18.2 (maybe later this week)

qP: currently im editing tracker_changed_notification.tpl but can i do it on a by tracker basis? because tracker_changed_notification.tpl edits it for all trackers
jonnyb: ah right, no they all share the same template but you can add some logic to do diofferent things for each tracker - with {if $trackerId eq 42}this{/if} (or something like that)
   <br> if it's not $trackerId it'll be $tracker_id
qP: ahh, that'll help, thanks :)
<br> i shoulda come up on that myself, theres a few logic statements in there already
   jonnyb: :)
<br> the other way round it is to use a tracker plugin in a wiki page, tehn you can specify a template per form
<br> gotta go now, have fun! :)
   qP: thanks :) always do
   <br> see you around

   qP: for the record it was {if $mail_trackerId eq 4}
<br> but works like a charm, thank you :)
