morning
i did organize some translation work for Croatian language in the past and not much was done, but now I see that it is completely gone?
(based on https://www.transifex.com/tiki/tiki-translation/)
Personal_Blog_and_Profile_12x for clean 18.2 installation yields 'Error loading profile', is it known issue?

gour: i'd like to use show.tiki.org for ^^^ (if it makes sense)

Jyhem: Hi Gour
Why would you need db credentials for show.tiki.org instances? show.tiki.org instances are created from the bug reports
gour: Jyhem: see http://gour-11559-6743.show.tikiwiki.org/tiki-install.php
luciash: hi gour !
Tiki|bot: Recent Bug: - http://dev.tiki.org/item6744-Not-possible-to-use-0-as-the-value-for-an-option-of-the-dropdown-tracker-field
luciash: gour: about the Personal_Blog_and_Profile_12x issue, no, I don't think it is a known one... can you check if it is filled on https://dev.tiki.org?
gour: hearing about your translations gone is a sad thing... maybe we can dig them out from the SVN history if they are not there in the current Tiki version?
gour: luciash: i do not see Croatian lang in transifex, do you?
luciash: gour: I'm not there now, sorry
gour: but if it is in Tiki, we can import it there easily
gour: luciash: ok, no rush...i'd like to address show.tiki.org and profile problem first...if i migrate (back) to tiki, i'll handle translations
Jyhem: Hi Gour, you probably got redirected to the installer because you tried to access the show instance too early, before the setup was completed.
If you just go there again, you will end up on http://gour-11559-6743.show.tikiwiki.org/tiki-index.php and there is your working instance
gour: Jyhem: thanks...noobish foolishness/ignorance :-(
Jyhem: what are admin credentials?
luciash: gour: initially admin admin, we change it usually then to admin 12345 but you can choose whatever you want, just mention it in the bug report so others can login if needed
Jyhem: either admin/admin or admn/12345. It should be written on the bug report
What's the language code for croatioan? Hopefully it's been migrated to some Tiki version and it can be retrieved from svn as luciash said. Maybe ask on the devel mailing list ?
gour: Jyhem: hr-HR
btw, i can reproduce 'profile' problem in show.tiki.org, although the original (bad rendering is not visible)
Jyhem: There are 1635 translated strings in 18.x/lang/hr/language.php
gour: Jyhem: hmm, why is Croatian not listed then?
Jyhem: Sorry, I'm not the transifex expert :-( Maybe ask on the devel mailing list ?
gour: ok
what about show.tiki instance? it does not reproduce original problem, but show problem when applying 'blog profile'?
Jyhem: sorry, I need to spend some time away from keyboard
luciash: gour: I will import the Croatian language to Transifex for you
gour: sadly, something is wrong... "Error uploading file: language.php" "No PHP array pattern was found!"

Was "Jyhem" somehow kicked/banned from the channel? I get "[07/08/2018 11:24] [404] Jyhem #tikiwiki Cannot send to channel"

re - fell off the internet for a moment
No idea Jyhem_ why your underscoreless alias was kicked out, was worried for a moment i had been too...
Jyhem_: It's either a bug in freenode or Konversation
I had to restart a new server connection. In the other one, it acts as if "Jyhem" is not registered. Except when I try to "/msg NickServ identify <password>", then it answers "-NickServ- You are already logged in as Jyhem."
Odd and disturbing
luciash: Jyhem_: someone could use the same nick in another channel... you can use the ghost command to retrieve your nick iirc... or something like that. Search for irc commands cheatsheet
Tiki|bot: Recent Bug: - http://dev.tiki.org/item6745-applying-Personal-Blog-and-Profile-fails
jonnyb: polom luciash - i seem to remember i had to do something similar to get my name, but was ages ago
luciash: gour: seems Transifex does not support the new PHP array syntax using the brackets only so that is why my import of the trunk Croatian language.php file fails
hi jonnyb , yup yup, same for me
jonnyb: What? I thought you were the only luciash, no? :P
gour: luciash: thanks. hopefully it's not too difficult to convert
luciash: jonnyb: yeah, I think :D maybe I used luci nick at that time
jonnyb: :)
luciash: gour: not difficult at all just someone has to do it ;)
gour: luciash: ok, will think about it when i resolve more 'precious' issues

luciash: gour: Croatian for 15.x is here -> https://www.transifex.com/tiki/tiki-translation/translate/#hr/tiki-15
gour: for trunk -> https://www.transifex.com/tiki/tiki-translation/translate/#hr/tiki-master
gour: luciash: thanks a lot. i'll inspect it
for now, installing lamp env on my desktop
jonnyb: luciash: didn't you have a nice little profile to make a "go to top" button? Can't seem to find it on profiles.t.o
gour: when i've considered to migrate from static-site-generators to something else, for a moment i was thinking about typo3/neos, but i'm sure that tiki is much easier to integrate/customize according to one's need for non-core devs/programmers
luciash: jonnyb: it is on https://profiles.luciash.eu
jonnyb: ah, thanks :)
luciash: bbl
gour: what could be the reason that local install on my desktop machine takes much longer than on the remote production server?
jonnyb: repolom
gour: i find that too and have never really got to the bottom of it, i just assume it's because my laptop is doing other stuff and the local apache and mysql are lower priority than the apps etc on top
luciash: re
gour: jonnyb: well, in my case, not much was running except idle desktop, but good to know i'm not alone :-)
btw, applyig each of the four listed profiles does fail here
jonnyb: gour: on which version?
gour: jonnyb: 18.2
jonnyb: Hmm, i'm fairly sure they work ok usually in 18.x - any ewrror messages? (in the javascript console for instance?)
gour: jonnyb: it just says 'Error loading profile'...how could i eg. use xdebug to see something?
jonnyb: hmm, that's quite a big question, sorry - i'm busy (otfen ;) ) but maybe there's something helpful here? https://dev.tiki.org/tiki-searchindex.php?filter%7Econtent=xdebug
gour: it looks that the error is due to: http://dev.local/profile-0&getinfo&pd=Personal_Blog_and_Profile_12x&pp=undefined
jonnyb: hmm, that looks wrong... i'll try one on my local
I just applie Test_All_Themes on my local and it worked as expected
luciash: gour: i suppose you try to apply them from the wizard page? try lading the profiles control panel directly and then search for these profiles if that is the case
gour: luciash: yes, trying from the wizard
luciash: applying from control panel gives the following: https://pasteboard.co/Hy4UU1H.png
applying profile might not be too useful feature for tiki-oldtimers, but it could be deal-breaker for new users exploring tiki in the attempt to have quick start

right, so pluginlist
I made a wiki template
and set up a plugin list something like this:
jonnyb: hi lincolna
lincolna: {filter type="trackeritem"}
{filter field="tracker_id" content="5"}
{output wiki="template page name"}
it about halfway works - it displays items from that tracker with the wiki page as a template seemingly correctly
the downside is that it just spams the same tracker item again and again and again
any ideas what I am doing wrong?
also, hi
jonnyb: so what's in your template page? (probably best to use a pastebin if it's long)
if you remove the output line, what do you get (also)
lincolna: it isn't
a table containing 3 fields, given by {$f_x} notation
and a plugintrackerlist pulling a single field from a single item of a linked tracker (yes, I realise there is probably a better way of doing this, but I couldn't figure it out)
||{$f_47}|{$f_54}|{$f_51}|{trackerlist trackerId="5" fields="45" filterfield="64" filtervalue="{$f_47}" list_mode="csv" }||
to be precise
(well, I cut out a bunch of options on the trackerlist, but pretty sure they are irrelevant)
jonnyb: don't mix trackerlist and list, chaos will ensue :P
lincolna: I suspect what I want can be just done with list
but I can't figure out how
jonnyb: use ItemsList fields to get the linked fields
lincolna: hence this bodge
jonnyb: or a smarty template and another list plugin inside it
lincolna: ItemsList?
ah ok, I don't think applicable in this circumstance
hmm, just realised that in the first snippet, that should be trackerid="6"
not that it makes any material difference
err, content="6" but you get the idea

jonnyb: nice catch gour, thanks - but sorry, i'm done in for today, but i guess we need an admin to be able to fix those (links to info.t.o which has been retired for several years)
