when will t20 going to be released?
[10:37]
jonnybhi gour - i was just wondering the same, how was RC1 for you?
robertokir: are you about?
[10:38]
robertokirhi gour and jonny yes I'm here!
I'd like to release it today, but there's this
https://dev.tiki.org/item7098-Submit-button-is-missing-from-modal
[10:39]
jonnybhi robertokir [10:40]
robertokirhey jonny [10:42]
jonnybchecking on 7098 [10:44]
robertokiryay thanks! [10:44]
jonnybthat css rule has been there since at least 18.x so not a new thing...
so i'd guess there's some js missing that's supposed to show them
odd it was ok in 19?
[10:46]
robertokirI don't know if it was ok in 19... I could check with the author of the wish though [10:48]
jonnybThat would be handy, but i think it was some new confirm dialogs Lindon added - i'm near to a fix but have a meeting now (usually) so will get back to it later [10:53]
robertokirallright, syl!
thanks!
[10:55]
..... (idle for 24mn)
jonnyb 7098 - it's a 20.x thing. 19.x is ok according to the author.
please let me know if you read this (later)
[11:19]
gourjonnyb: ok, besides some things which i reported [11:31]
....... (idle for 32mn)
jonnybhi all, chibaguy: doesn't r70261 bring back the flicker in modals that was there to prevent?
(does for me, sorry, will revert it with a better js fix when i can)
[12:03]
chibaguyAh, sorry, jonnyb, I didn't check for that, as I don't see the flicker - is it specific to some browsers? Anyway, I thought flickering would be better than invisible. [12:09]
jonnybno, i don't think so - pretty clear to me on edit tracker field for instance
it does fix the confirm group dialog, but the "modify" button is in a weird place
[12:19]
fabriciusjoined #tikiwiki [12:32]
jonnybrobertokir and chibaguy - fix #2 on the way :)
jonnyb is trying out Brave Browser
[12:38]
robertokirthanks jonnyb! [12:44]
jonnybok, http://sourceforge.net/p/tikiwiki/code/70263 should fix https://dev.tiki.org/item7098-Submit-button-is-missing-from-modal - robertokir can you check please? :) [12:56]
robertokiryup, a little later. finishing something else. [12:58]
chibaguyIt works here - better button placement, no flickering (but I didn't see flickering before at tiki-admingroups).
Thanks, jonnyb.
[13:02]
jonnybhi chibaguy: no, the flickering was on the old modals, like trackers etc [13:05]
chibaguyAh, ok. [13:06]
jonnybsadly Lindon invented a new way of doing those confirmation ones... probably for a reason :P [13:06]
..... (idle for 20mn)
robertokirThanks chibaguy for testing. I also got confirmation from yonixxx (the author) that it is fixed.
I guess there are no blockers left then?
[13:26]
jonnybjust seeing if i can fix https://dev.tiki.org/item6729-Not-possible-anymore-to-set-the-plugin-module-on-a-wiki-page-using-plugin-help but not a blocker (was borken in 19 also)
But i am finding the htlp popup on wysiwyg edit toolbars doesn't seem to work for me, that's bad (also since 19.x i think)
anyone else seeing that?
[13:32]
chibaguyjonnyb, I see the modal backdrop and the modal header maybe, but no modal body.
DOM inspector shows no modal body is loaded.
[13:38]
jonnybindeed, thanks - can't work out how it ever wirked (and i wrote it i think! :) )
yes, it's not event triggering the help ajax call
i'm liking Brave though, have you tried it? It's Chrome i think, but without google watching everything :P
aha, it's a bootstrap4 modal breakage, on it :)
[13:38]
chibaguyYes, I've used Brave a little - I like the ideas behind it. [13:41]
robertokirhm. in what ways is then Brave differente from Chromium ? [13:52]
chibaguyrobertokir, one thing is there is something called "rewards" that I think is a kind of micropayment system if you agree to accept (some?) advertising.
I think it's a response to the possible failure of online ads as a revenue model for publishers.
Also it has high privacy controls, etc.
[13:55]
robertokirSounds interesting :) [14:03]

robertokiryou there jonnyb? [15:28]
jonnybnot really, supposed to be in another meeting, but not started yet... [15:29]
robertokirno problem, I wanted to know if you'll have a window of availability in the afternoon. So that I can plan a good time for me to do the Release knowing I have a safety net.
ooops
jonnyb you'd like to fix this before the release, as I understand?
https://dev.tiki.org/item6729-Not-possible-anymore-to-set-the-plugin-module-on-a-wiki-page-using-plugin-help
[15:30]
jonnybworking on it - nrearly there... [15:34]
robertokir8-) [15:35]
jonnybnearly got it working, but now the submit button is disappearing... grrr - release without it, there's an easy workaround so pretty minor really
robertokir: i'm here but on client work, interrupt if you need me, or when there's new tarballs to test! :)
[15:42]
robertokirfair enough! thanks jonnyb! [15:44]
