It's a stock installation of irclogger...
... which is a bunch of shell-scripts running as CGI and a rudimentary logging-bot (included in the package) which I call with nohup inside screen after reboot (don't have an init-script).

so imho best is, that you set it up and get the bot going, then we can keep both running in parallel for a day or so and then we have a clean cut...
