login is case insensitive - at least on dev.tw for me and on my local there was some big discussion some longer time ago about logins and case-sensitivity... it was a problem of changing it in the code and not breaking backwards-compat... but I don't remember what was the conclusion - it was coded regarding the conclusion though, that I'm sure about! polom Can't get tw.o from here.... and can't log in to themes.tw.o because intertiki can't connect. Since theme files are in both trunk and branch2.0, ones to be moved out could be deleted rather than moved to mods (since they can be moved to mods from 2.0 later, and it's probably better not to have duplicate files in mods and branch2.0), right? chibaguy: good idea, +1 chibaguy, are the modifications you are making in branches/2.0 and trunk the same? you don't need to duplicate efforts anymore as changes from stable to trunk will be done periodically Well, the theme deletions are from trunk, since I thought branch2.0 still needed (?) those themes. I'll switch to litecss-based tiki.tpl, etc., in trunk soon. ....something like http://zukakakina.com/tiki-index.php?page=Theme-related_changes_in_trunk . Time for me to go. I'll be back in a few hours. hi all... we are in the middle of a bet ! is it possible to add the seconds to the megaphone time stamp ? Hi all :) I'm getting a "feature dissabled" error when trying to Generate a dump (no pun intended) in wiki-admin, even though the Dump feature is enabled - any thoughts? oh yah, using v 1.10b sylvie1: FYI: Found this one, that worked :-) http://tikiwiki.org/tiki-view_blog_post.php?blogId=26&postId=302 Thanks again! chibaguy: The link you posted before you logged off had lots of great themes! Are they available for download somewhere? Hansi_MP, some are at themes.tikiwiki.org now, the rest will be sooner or later. The themes.tw.o versions are a little old now. Most up-to-date versions are in the mods svn repository. I'm running svn 2.0 now ... shouldn't they be available then? They're becoming available as they get finished. ok, thanks :-) Well, most are pretty close already, so it shouldn't be long. http://tikiwiki.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/tikiwiki/mods/trunk/themes/ -- most recent file versions. I was thinking of making a page at themes.tw.o for each new theme with links directly to the mods.tw.o files. Most of these themes only have a few files, and that way they'd be current. Snapshots in file galleries get out of date fast, at least during this beta/rc phase. Anyone else having trouble getting tikiwiki.org? For me, no error, but no page loads either. chibaguy - confirm problem with tw.o chibaguy - the themes sites with the new themes looks great!!! :) Yeah, I love'em too :-) Seems like I can get them to 90% done but that last 10% takes forever... :-) lol ... sounds familiar :-) yep, true for a lot of things. Yeah If you have a minute, could you check this out: http://zukakakina.com/tiki-switch_theme.php?theme=monoi.css ? I don't know if the red body background color before the content area background loads is a problem or not. Opera 9.5's irc is kinda flakey... chibaguy, how would it be a problem? the background color? Well, the body has a red background image that mostly gets covered up by the dark areas behind text, etc. But if there's a lag in the page loading, the red might show for a while, which might not be too nice to look at. For a site about hell or something, it'd be ok..... ;-) I like the idea of the body background supplying the color for the header and footer parts, because it avoids the problem of those parts sometimes not going full width or (for footer) moving up from the window bottom on short pages. chiba - I guess my connection is too fast - it loaded w/o problem :) my only comment would be that if the page is long, you can see where the background img ends and starts also, I think everyone is used to complex pages taking their time to fall into place while loading - as long as they look good once the loading is done, I dont think its that big of a deal when you access the page from a mobile device it is ;-) but for that , you have mobile tiki :) but that gives you, afaik, only read-access oh but when you use a mobile device, do you expect regular pages to be a bit shakey? and load in a funny way ? not 100% sure, but I haven't been able to log in from mobile. That is why I am trying to make a minimalistic theme, then one should be able to log in with a seperate mobile user not with an iPhone ;-) ...and not always otherwise either yup, I guess now that 1M people have iphone3gs globaly, everyone should have a look at their css files :) yeah ;-) I am an active user of mobile phones, unfortunately I'm new to both TikiWiki, CSS and mostly HTML as well hehe - me too so my project will take loads of time, if I ever finish it http://www.w3.org/TR/2006/WD-mobile-bp-20060412/#PAGE_SIZE_USABLE ; http://www.iphonewebdev.com/ http://www.cameronmoll.com/archives/000428.html maybe some useful info there.... I think basically it'd be good to have a theme that has just one column, nav links at the top. yeah, thanks :-) A lot of phones can handle html pages, but horizontal scrolling is a drag. agree. But I have no clue of how to do that ;-) yeah I've been wanting to take a shot at it. I'll put up a page at themes.tw.o or zukakakina.com when I get to it. (after the tiki 2.0 stuff) fortunately Opera Mini deals good-ish with the horizontal scrolling though, seems to put the whole in one column yeah, would be great! hallo chibaguy: I love your svn commit [13671] :) hey it is possible to download the tikiwki 2.0 rc1? or it is available in svn only? Thanks, Jyhem. I've been kind of uncertain about the timing, etc. Next I'll change a few templates to have a *litecss default. the timing seems right: we have 6 months for putting back and fixing anything anyone really misses ok. amorphis, http://de.tikiwiki.org/tiki-index.php has links (left column) k i checked out the rc1 tagged version and wonder about the size what do you wonder? oh nothing , i did a mistake ;) anyone have v.1.10b svn running? yeah @zorp could you try to create a wiki dump? its in admin - wiki you need to enable "dump" in the right hand collumn shoujld he back up his db first? ;-) then generate dump in the left hand collumn oh didn't know it was that kinda thing me neither ;-) then nm :) Normally not, but I thought maybe you found a problem or something. I just get a function dissabled error A dump should be safe. but hansi, if you working on a live thing then its fine nah, it's on a test server ... think I got 5 versions running in total now ;-) hehe Iäm just getting outa that phase :) hansi, you think you could give it a try? I'll never get out of that phase ;-) I've got one "designated" as production, but will probably be testing for all time :-P yeah, hang on ... thanx if it works, it will create a dump in a folder called dump in your main tiki folder (if you use ftp) I use ssh ;-) seems to work worked for me too. I got file "new.tar", 8192 bytes thanx guys so im just stuck then :( Is directory 'dump' writable? yah - checked (I guess that's checked at install time....) checked a couple of minutes ago :) any idea where the source code might be that does the dumping? found it wth is that "Handler could not be romoved" dialog message on tw.o ? luciash: I don' get that i get that first time accesing the page then it is not appearing, but that sucks anyway (got it in IE on pocket pc and in FF too) on linux tw.o has not been displaying, just a white page for me, all day. Just now I can get it ok. But I got that every time I access any tiki page from one of my mobiles, the Palm Treo 650 ... none of the others thoug (opera on windows) Safari on mac here Hansi_MP: yep, first i spotted it on my ipaq here Hansi_MP: but then i was wondering i got it in ff3 on my laptop too I haven't had that problem on any other devices/browsers than that one But on that one I hvae the problem regardless of theme/ tw version Loads on my phone ok. Yeah, Loads ok on my other two phones too what knid of phone are you using? kind (other than looking like a mural through a keyhole...) ;-) lol ROFL :) polom polom marc :) heh, i can't login to dev.tw.o from my ipaq IE pressing the Login button does nothin' Did anyone try making a web page with css media="handheld" to see if their mobile device gets served a handheld css file? Nop, but I tried with an empty css file, that at least *felt* a blt faster loading than a full theme. Didn't look much, but it helped speed-wise. So I'm using that for my mobiles atm hi marclaporte and luciash, btw. chibaguy: yep, me :-p but it doesn't work much here :-/ and hi chibaguy :) I was wondering if media=handheld would be an easy way to give mobiles a trimmed-down theme, etc. i think this IE doesn't support it but i dunno how to check you got iphone chibaguy ? ;) No. Toshiba ;-) But my son offered to write a big i on it. heheh :) my wife's laptop is toshiba didn't know toshiba does phones too yep, in this market. maybe not for export. I don't know. have you seen the latest LG touchscreen phone ? pretty impressive imho No, but easy to believe. it's camera can do 120 fps videos (Dog walking time -- be back soon.....) c ya http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LG_Viewty_(KU990) dev.tw.o still isn't recognizing my tw.o SEWilco login. Can someone file a bug report for me? I had the same problem with themes.tw.o until just a little while ago. Did you try recently? (within an hour or two?) chibaguy: I had the problem just now and yesterday afternoon. Just tried dev.tw.o and logged in ok. Anyway, bedtime on this side of the planet, so cya later. tw.o says I'm logged in, but dev.tw.o asks me to log in. I try to log in and it doesn't accept me. hi hey g'nigth chiba Hi all. Been busy on other things for the last while. Need to get back to my big tracker project. I have an svn version from about a month ago (rev 13287, I believe). With all the talk about 1.9.11 and 2.0, should I just do a "svn update tw ; svn update ./mods ; mysql -f -u tw_user -p tw_db < db/tiki_1.9to1.10.sql" or similar, or install tikiwiki-1.9.11.tar.bz2 , or other? That is, if I'm on the "svn update" track, should The only thing 2.0 sefurl does is remove 'tiki-index.php?page=' from Wiki pages? It doesn't map the rest of the .htaccess abbreviations? (I'm looking at wikilib.php, should I look elsewhere?) I had that problem on my site, sefurl was enabled, rewriting is not enabled in apache, disabled sefurl, all working. Though I do not know if enabling/disabling it does anything more than that That's not what I was asking. I found 2.0 code which make nicer URLs for Wiki pages, but not for Calendar, Directory, Forum, etc. no SEWilco - it is a job on the way Petjal2: you must first decide to move to 2.0 or trunk - see a message on devel list for that SEWilco if you want to help to finish the job - welcome sylvie1: OK. I'm doing sefurl for 1.9.11 right now, to work around the Wiki no-Calendar-URL bug. I'll try to feed code to someone whose dev.tw.o access is working. Hi Sylvie, the code from last night regarding intertiki - you think I should just insert it to the doc.tw.o-intertiki page? I think so - it is very specific to your case... IMHO OK I hope that's an intertiki login fix. SEWilco - it's a quick/barbaric fix in case you want to assign a range of IP's which the client server may have SEWilco: can you try to log on dev.tw? not about loging into dev.o I will check the log on tw.org I can log in on dev.tw - so must it must be another pb for SEWilco SEWilco2 - yup OK. Trying SEWilco. I'm already logged on tw.o but dev.tw.o is asking me to login and doesn't accept my PW. it is normal you have to log again on dev.tw as the sliging auth has not been set between both server zorp succeeded to log from doc and form dev SEWilco I still see no attempt to log in? did you try? Nope, dev.tw.o not accepting it. Tried it a few seconds ago. yup - I also remembered my password :) which helped me a lot it's been a problem before :( SEWilco try again one more time - please ok I see you Invalid username or password from dev.tw.o in the tw log XMLRPC Error: 101 - Invalid username or password Logging out on tw.o and trying to log in again on tw.o to check my PW. Oh, ick. I wrote down my password wrong. You suppose if I use the right password it will work? oh yeh sure bbl lunch Yup, using the right password seems like an acceptable workaround to the problem of using the wrong password. I'm so secure that I keep the wrong password in my list, apparently. hehe i have a problem with tikiwiki i recently moved it from one server to another now, every time i try to log on it doesn't work what could be the problem? any errors a13x? tw stores the domain name in the database I think ... di you also change domain name in the process? you can also check the settings in /db/local.php zorp: no errors, it just goes back to the login page zorp: i have it set up in such a way that everyone has to log in a13x: clean the cache hi there! i have a question regarding the menue / forum menue box and the database check of any refeenrece to the old site in the value column of tiki_preferences table There is "forums_last_topics" which displays the last started topics and "since_last_visit_new" which shows every post that happened. Now what i would need is something like a combination of both: "Forum last active threads" or something like that. sylvie1: how would i do that without logging in? the first one (last topics) does get outdated quickly and the last one (last visit new) does get spammed very fast... a13x you have to access the database directly polom sylvie1 sylvie1: i've removed the new wikiplugin posts from branch 2.0. but recently i made some changes to it that are not in trunk. i have to manually update trunk, right? (don't how merges works, that is why i'm asking) zorp: which table do i truncate? I dont know if sylvie ment truncate, it sounded to me like you search for references for the old site in the table "tiki_preferences" and btw you do have a backup of the database right? !!! if you truncate, you delete, right? jup bad idea I think ...unless the cache is contained within a single tale ... I don't know the internals very well so, what do i do? how do i clear the cache? the site is the same, even all paths are the same, its a different server meaning the domain name is the same also? yes same domain, same path, same db user, same db password, different apache/php config different os I'm not that familiar with the intarnals, so I'm afraid I have no more ideas ... could be some critical difference in the apache or php config? though I do not know what that would be register_globals? could be ... I don't know about tw, but I've installed alot of webapps, and I see many requires that setting in a specific state on my main site reg globals is off, so that obviously works Hmm. Search site or wiki on dev.two.o and I get a blank results screen. sorry, got disconnected. anyone around that could help me with the display/forum trouble? hmpf The new http://dev.tikiwiki.org/tiki-index.php?page=Report+a+Bug is a great improvement!! :)) luciash: it breaks very, very badly with simple.css urpg: Can you rephrase your display/forum issue? I probably can't help, but maybe different phrasing will tickle someone else's memory. ok, here we go: i need a module to display the "last active threads" of my forum. forums_last_topics does do something similar but does get outdated soon. since_last_visit_new does something similar too, but gets flooded fast if one thread is very active is there yet another module i did not find that can display each topic that something was posted to since last login? why does forum_last_topics get outdated soon? well, an example: someone does post one reply in "thread A", and "Thread B" and "Thread C". Then during the day, a lot of people comment in "Thread C". all the module displays are like ,... 10 posts in thread C and A and B go unnoticed even though they have new comments since last visit. ah, they show the posts themselves and you want something that just shows the threads where something happened, right? jup exactly :) ok :) yeah, dunno, if there is anything like that, but it should be a pretty easy hack to one of those modules actually.. and "latest_topics" does only show the last "created" not the last "commented" ones ok, then I'd suggest you go with latest_topics and just adapt the query in there.. ... all the templates and the like should be pretty ok in that module already. the last time i coded stuff myself was on a Commodore 64... *g* that has style!!! :D so you could open up an RFE on dev.tw.o yeah, but also means that i am not "up to date" with the latest in good php code ;) that's almost as bad as me, urpg ;-) hehe you last used an amiga 500? urpg: You mean there is good php code? guess i could copy + paste some lines... but into which file? well, yes, better code then mine at least... i used "goto" jumps in Delphi to annoy the university teacher ;) ROFL :PPP no, sorry, I meant the other way I think ... I'm almost as bad ;-) Last time I did something much was on my HP48 calculator ;-) hehe lol urpg: just copy the php and the template to new files with new names and start coding in those check out modules/ and template/modules/ hmmmm... i got notepad++ but ... which files would that be? is there a directory with "since_last_visit_new.php" or something? those should be the only ones you need yep, there is --^ CIA still dead?!? I just got a commit mail, but nothing in here.... ... I looked at TikiFest into CIA help pages to find something about that - nothing found though... ... is there some general problem with our CIA setup?? (CIA-bot changed since I looked at their help pages, but still no notifications - that sucks biiig time!) who handles the CIA-subscription? FBI? ;-) no, more a kind of NSA ;) ;-) BTW, what is CIA as far as tw is concerned? it announces commits in here ok since_last_visit_new is 500 lines of code... anyone around that could tell me where to add an "if" or change a line so topics are only displayed once? there is "feature_forums" in line 111 and below... hmmm sylvie1: hi, thanks. sorry another client pulled me away. OK, I'll check for that message on the devel list re deciding on 2.0 or trunk. you should use your fingers on the keyboard - it most probably will give more (or at least nicer) results ;) nah, believe me, you get more "grip" and can write faster if you dig your nose now and then... *g* the since last visit module seems to get each new thingy, one at a time, until non are left... but i have no idea how to make it ignore things from the same thread in an elegant way :-( sylvie1: Ok, I see it here: http://dev.tikiwiki.org/Download I'm trying to figure out whether I should go 2.0 or trunk. I am building a site that needs to go live within a couple of weeks or so, and I am using some very (I think) advanced features of user trackers. I have no clue about the implications of using 2.0 vs. trunk. Can you or someone else help me make that decision? Thanks! 2.0 will not changed very much - bug will be fixed in trunk hui, 2.0 final something coming up? *me will have a look at the new features* meaning most activity will happen in trunk? So that should really be even more stable than 2.0? 2.0 has a lot of good stuff ;-) Hmm, I guess I'm still not sure. I"m thinking I should choose 2.0 now if there will be periodically approved bugfix svn updates that i can do later. Does that make sense? Sorry if I'm not getting it... better get it right now if you start something new... otherwise you will have to switch existing content to it in a couple of month... I thought too - but seems I misunderstood - the decision was taken at tikifest strasbourg - and I was not there and converting / moving content is always trouble If I choose 2.0 now, will there be formal approved "service packs" that I can get by simply doing "svn update 2.0.1" or something like that? will it be any bigger? i am using 270 of 300 MB webspace with 1.10b1 already is there something wrong with tikiwiki.org? the de. and www. sites take ages to load... tw.o seemed to be down earlier today I'm presuming that if I choose trunk now, then later "svn update" 's would risk introducing untested code--do I understand that correctly? yes but if you need a fix done in trunk you will have to merge yourself or wait for a "service pack" of some sort, right? (what word am I missing there?) since my site has to go into production soon, I think I should choose 2.0 for now. so, trunk is the bleeding edge and 2.0 is the "not-so-very-much-bleeding-edge"? :^) bleeding-edge vs hemorrhaging-edge lol yeah ;-) I think I will keep to hemorrage for my site ;-) my client might prefer the slow bleed. :^) hmpf... third timeout connecting to tikiwiki.org :( yeah, http://tikiwiki.org was hanging for me, too, it just now loaded with the redirect to http://info.tikiwiki.org/tiki-index.php so, now I'm about to do "svn switch https://tikiwiki.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/tikiwiki/branches/2.0 " Do I have to do a "svn switch ... ./mods" thing, too? And, any "mysql -f"? you have to run the upgrade base - like each time you do a svn up "upgrade base"? I see a ./tiki-setup_base.php let me look in there... nope, that's included from elsewhere apparently sylvie1 Petjal2 urpg : what questions do you have considering 2.0/Trunk - perhaps I can help I think tiki-setup_base.php might be what is autorun at first installation. If I'm wrong someone should tell us. doc/devtools/sqlupgrade.sh or use tiki-install.php Ah. tiki-install.php. I discovered - while speaking with nyloth that there is no "big bug fix" in 2.0 basically: 2.0 is frozen as in "doesn't move" - simple as that sylvie1: yes, that's actually true - as those fixes might break other stuff we don't recognize right now... so tiki-install has to be run every time svn update is performed? ... if such a "big bug fix" really seems necessary, then there will be a 2.1... ... otherwise 2.0 is now _really_ frozen as we have an RC... as soon as an RC is out - nothing moves! If I run tiki-install.php after "svn switch ... 2.0", will that break anything? After the release, it may be discussed if a bug is severe enough to be fixed in the current release - otherwise -> trunk if I do "svn switch ... 2.0" now, should I do it again for each 2.0RC? ( although, if e.g. some bug prohibits installation or such: of course it is being fixed in 2.0 ) so in such grey areas: release manager decides - so in such cases please consult the devel-list about the commit Petjal2: you can, if you want - but this should only be necessary, if you notice any breakage that affects you ok, thanks. So, I'm gonna "svn switch ... 2.0", then "svn switch ... ./mods', then in a browser http;//.../tiki-install.php -- is that right? but do I need to run tiki-install whenever I run svn update? dunno about that mods, but basically: yes thanks, here goes...wish me luck! Hansi_MP: only for upgrading the database... which shouldn't be necessary as this release is frozen - but it doesn't hurt either (put backup files and mysql before those 2 steps) ok s/2/3/ some Restored's, a bunch of U's, UU's and A's. sorry, got disconnected again where can i find a feature list for v2? and regarding my display trouble / Module request i put up a thread in the (german) support forum: http://de.tikiwiki.org/tiki-view_forum_thread.php?forumId=2&comments_parentId=1268&thread_sort_mode=commentDate_desc&was_queued=n this? http://doc.tikiwiki.org/TikiWiki+2.0 looks good, thanks forum redesign was needed badly... but no pdf conversion sucks, i like the feature :-/ my first "svn switch" just finished with " svn: Failed to add file 'lib/smarty_tiki/block.itemfield.php': object of the same name already exists" -- need I worry? It didn't say anything about completing successfully, just ended like this: A lib/smarty_tiki/function.xajax_response.php U lib/smarty_tiki/function.rcontent.php U lib/smarty_tiki/modifier.truncate.php U lib/smarty_tiki/function.gallery.php svn: Failed to add file 'lib/smarty_tiki/block.itemfield.php': object of the same name already exists rm it - an svn up it urpg2: re pdf, I'll be needing, and thus working on, a similar tool to create .rtf's. I suppose you did not change it ok, thanks, yes, no I didn't change it...will do now... rtf is ok too... i don't remember it... you could not use text-anchors and links in rtf, right? [root@sp1 tw2]# rm lib/smarty_tiki/block.itemfield.php rm: remove regular file `lib/smarty_tiki/block.itemfield.php'? y [root@sp1 tw2]# svn up https://tikiwiki.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/tikiwiki/branches/2.0 . svn: 'https://tikiwiki.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/tikiwiki/branches' is not a working copy yeah, not sure about those in rtf. I just need the user to have a MS Word editable doc based on his data entered via the his user tracker. and i'd like to create PDF or similar files with a clickable index... if text anchors (like in html) are possible in rtf, it would do fine seems there is: \linkself (from rtf 1.7 documentation): The object is a link to another part of the same document. rerunning "svn switch ..." to see if it will complete. No output yet... some U's, D's and A's now... Looks like it picked up where it left off. Google says that I should expect a " Updated to revision ..." line at the end. dangit: svn: Failed to add file 'lib/wiki-plugins/wikiplugin_trackeritemfield.php': object of the same name already exists did you add them from mods before? not sure, maybe I'm not sure I understand here ... I'm using http://dev.tikiwiki.org/tiki-index.php?page=Download "Using stable from SVN (2.x)" to update my installation. Isn't that what you are trying to do now Petjal2 ? ... or have I misunderstood the whole thing here ... ? This is what I'm trying to do (rightly or wrongly...): http://dev.tikiwiki.org/Download#If_you_were_using_SVN_branches_1_10_before_2008_07_10 ah, you have a 1.10 installation you are trying to upgrade to 2.0? yes still svn switching: Updated external to revision 13525. Fetching external item into 'lib/adodb' ok, then it's not quite the same ... I have started from scratch ... about ten thousand times over the last couple of weeks ;-) :^) I get that message too when I run the update what's causing you to re-start from scratch each time? just experimenting, or is something blocking you? that's just my way of doing things, rather than using a lot of time trying to rescue something when there really is nothing to resque ;-) Ah, success (for this step): A lib/fckeditor/_htaccess A lib/fckeditor/fckeditor_php5.php A lib/fckeditor/index.php Updated external to revision 13525. Updated to revision 13682. sounds good! now where was I.... oh yeah, ./mods ... last time I did svn up, I had to also do a svn up ... ./mods , so i presume I need to do that for switch too... Any suggestions otherwise? I've been installing different CMS systems and other webapps the last year or so, a bit to and from ... I just haven't been able to decide what system to use ... until now ... I think ;-) yeah, same here, settling on tw, and investing a labor of love into it any reason not to run: svn switch https://tikiwiki.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/tikiwiki/branches/2.0 ./mods yeah, I landed on tw about a year ago too, but then I got doubts again ... let's hope I don't do that now again ;-) Same here... I say while fixing sefurl on 1.9... shoot, I think I screwed up a bit. "svn switch https://tikiwiki.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/tikiwiki/branches/2.0 ./mods " is I think just adding all of tw under ./mods/ now... http://dev.tikiwiki.org/Download#Using_stable_from_SVN_2_x_ seems to indicate that I should have done: "svn up https://tikiwiki.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/tikiwiki/mods/trunk ./mods" cuz there is no branches/2.0 under .../mods/ -- anyone? ctrl-c isn't working to kill the bad "svn switch ..." if you want to kill it try something like "ps aux |grep svn" and then kill -9 if you are on a *nix system that is yep, good, thanks what kind of os btw? just curious :-) wow - bad bug on dev.tw.o when editing my user-tracker items... after "Save and back items list" I get redirected to tiki-view_tracker_item.php (with no prepended domain name) centos on a leased dedicated server now to clean up my ./mods mess... I should fix my ./mods/ directory to look like this one, no? https://tikiwiki.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/tikiwiki/mods/trunk/ ok, done cleaning up my ./mods mess... I think... now running tiki-install.php in a browser, selecting the tiki_1.9to2.0 script... crossing fingers... do I need to run the tiki-secdb_2.0 script too? if so, which should I run first? ah, reading http://doc.tikiwiki.org/Security+Admin now... ok, so i should do the secdb afterwards, I think. so, done with running tiki-install.php in a browser, and running the 1.9to2.0 script. i got this output: Tiki installer v2.0 RC2 Upgrade complete. Your database has been configured and Tikiwiki is ready to run! You can now log in into Tikiwiki as user admin and start configuring the application. Upgrade operations executed successfully: 831 SQL queries. Operations failed: 273 SQL queries. Display details. During an upgrade, it is normal to have SQL failures resulting with Table already exists messages. some failures were for table already exists, some for duplicate column name, duplicate key, unknown column, duplicate entry for key, I think I (everyone?) should run "mysql -f -u tw_user -p tw_db < db/tiki_1.9to2.0.sql" --- any comments? maybe not. maybe -f just results in full completion of the .sql script, perhap like running it in the browser. ok, I think i'm done upgrading from 1.10x to 2.0RC2. Thanks for the help and inspiration! Is Eph implemented through Directories? .htaccess says eph99 uses URL tiki-directory_browse.php?parent=99 (in TW 1.9.11) ..dropping out of edit mode... yup, there is a tiki-view_eph, so .htaccess looks like it is wrong. I was going to edit http://dev.tikiwiki.org/tiki-index.php?page=Download with my observations from today, but I can't seem to find the edit button anymore. I hope the bug tracker is still working so you can get that fixed. Now to do some real work! {TRACKERITEMFIELD(fieldId=1, test=1, value=on)} doesn't seem to recognize that the fieldId=1 checkbox is checked (it always goes to the ELSE clause). it used to work fine strange Petjal2 TRACKERITEMFIELD still working for me.. but the Download page - yoju should be able to download s/last download/edit
