Anyone successfully using the Multimdiea feature (new in 2.0) to play audio? For me, video is ok (loads and plays an .swf from file gallery) but audio displays nothing.

I kinda wonder why links in wiki pages (2.0) with [url|linktext|noache] syntax show the cache link about half the time. See http://zukakakina.com/Theme_template_files . Same syntax used for all links.

hi luciash. Well, roughly half the cases. On that page, some links have "nocache" and some don't. But the same wiki syntax is used for all.
Is there a way to use {maketoc} with FCKEditor?
I've noticed this nocache problem before in 2.0.
In the Theme_template_files page, the layout is a wiki table and content is quite regular, so it's especially strange to see the "(cache)" instances randomly.
If they aren't random, I haven't seen the cause for appearing/not appearing yet.

I have "cache external pages" turned on, but want to override for some links.
BTW, I wonder where the on/off switch is for "saved_msg=y". Is this "Version 1 of this page has been saved by...." message box not optional?

Hmm, on http://zukakakina.com/Theme_template_files, all the links are new, none were made at the site before 2.0.
But what you say about old links might be true, also. Some links that I know have been used at the site for a long time get the (cache) while others, probably new, don't.

Is it possile to let users evaluate a File or a Picture in a gallery with e.g. a scale from 1 to 10 and to to give the user who evaluates maybe 5 points and to give the evaluated user points according to the evaluation (maybe 10 points for an evalation of 10)

you can see module on the admin panel module section dropdown just do one thing..
create a file like this namming convention "mod-articles.php"
in module folder
and it will come in your module dropdown
from there you can assign it..

So you are apparently right that it is a problem for upgraded sites.

It is strange, though, that even pages that have never been linked to on the old site get the (nocache) randomly.

Yeah, I don't recall the exact reason. Atually most of the older themes are going to be removed in the next major release.

An idea for supporting old themes with minimum effort. Get the old look with modern *litecss layout.

Was just looking at doc.tiki and notice that some screen shots show smileys, so I'm not completely losing my mind.  My guess is with chibaguy, that the custom theme I'm using has somehow messed things up (it's a customized tikinewt).
In particular I was looking at this page: http://doc.tikiwiki.org/tiki-index.php?page=Blog+User&highlight=smileys which clearly shows a blog entry with a smiley bar, something I don't currently have even though smileys are enabled.
Darkbee, transitions style sheets contain additions that may not have made it into the regular stylesheets.
Wouldn't affect smileys showing up or not.
You should check your site with a normal, uncustomized theme.

you'd have to create custom css classes for each of the different color headings then modify each module template to use the appropriate css class

Paragtim, yes, it can be done in css. If you check the source of a finished page in your browser, you can see that each module has a unique div. In the stylesheet you can make a class for each module and give it the properties you want.

I'm not sure offhand what all is involved. templates/tiki-smileys.tpl, also the smiley images wherever they are.

This is another lesson I keep forgetting: never assume people are using the same set of options as me. I forget all the permutations of Tiki installations.

The "Wiki help" on my edit page says that "+" does indentation.  Doesn't seem to, and I don't see it mentioned in WikiSyntax doc page.
And, of course, I have a document which I'd like to indent.  Is there a DIV or TAG for indentation?

I meant an organization's particular pattern of 1AbIII numbering format.  So I was trying to indent to match the original without renumbering to match TW's scheme.
i think u can simply modify the css for the speicific numbering scheme with the list-style attribute

I've checked forums, faqs, docs and .php files for the answer to this simple question: how do I hide/show the post form in forums for V2.0? Probably a simple answer, but I've looked for hours and can't find it.

I believe you'd have to set the appropriate permissions and use groups, to make a particular forum "read only"

Not looking for read only, simply want the user to be able to hide/show the post form.  It tends to busy up the presentation of threads, imo.

Maybe CSS tinkering?  Don't know how you'd then allow posting if the form was not visible.
I don't think there's a built in option to do that... like SEWilco2 said, you'd probably have to edit some CSS and templates to create a hideable post area. 
If you're up for that perhaps you could look at how it's done with the Wiki comments (as they are hideable)

Hiding the post form makes for easier reading of threads.  Then user simply hits 'reply' to open the post form.
Then I'm afraid I don't know the answer, sorry.  Somebody else might be able to help.
