As niclone informed on tikiwiki-devel ml, minichat now checks for a feature pref to work. I added feature_minichat = y to tiki_preferences table and now it's working fine again. :-) But I didn't see the admin interface checkbox for this anywhere. Maybe not there yet. ? (in the 2.0 release) SVN: Commit by chibaguy :: r 14673 /trunk/styles/darkroom.css: [FIX] contrast problem in wiki page diff. Sticky article topic image: strange that when the article image is changed, it updates ok on the view_articles page, but the old image continues to be used on the read_article page. All site and local caches flushed. Well, I deleted the article topic, checked the article again to confirm that the old article topic image was gone, and then recreated the topic with the new topic image. True to form, the article still has no image, its old one being gone and its new one not accepted as worthy . . . or something. ;-) Do two different caches or something contain view_articles.tpl and read_article.tpl? Why does article topic image work for the first and not the second ?? (all this at my upgraded-to-2.0 site, and standard disclaimer applies -- doesn't neessarily reflect real 2.0 functionality ;-) ) ah. was a bad image url in some templates.... :-| http://zukakakina.com/Minichat working again but box is still narrow in some themes. ah, looks like it works completely only LiteJazz theme, where I added the necessary css. ...adding minimal css to other themes. SVN: Commit by chibaguy :: r 14674 /mods/trunk/themes/litejazz/ (32 files in 6 dirs): [NEW] LiteJazz theme, adaptation of GPLed theme for Drupal, has styling for topbar and bottombar custom code sections, and three color variants. the json package is now needed wiht the plugin ..... snig it is not enable on every hosting.... that's a non-issue - easy to get a soft implementation of it ... already in there somewhere, just need to figure out what the roght place to put it is polom Hi lphuberdeau. When we talked about JSON, you indicated that it would be a few months away before it is implemented. Is this now a higher priority? it will be a long term effort the scope can be very wide I do not doubt it. So, which parts will be first to be implemented? right now my focus is mostly on accepting external content rather than exposing ours I still have to figure out a few issues for the exposing part Ok, do please keep me informed.. Thx.. Suz then I guess it will be feature by feature based on their importance... so first wikis, then trackers polom hiya! Can anyone tell me what CSS items (in tikineat.css, specifically) control the size of sub-menu items in a horizontal phplayers menu? If not, how about what template controls horizontal phplayers menus? The CSS scheme for that appears to have changed a bit from 1.9.x to 2.0. phplayers menus? or css menus? phplayers the 1.9.x CSS file had ".horbar" entries that the 2.0 doesn't and adding those entries to the 2.0 CSS file doesn't do anything base css is in ../lib/phplayers u can modify there, or cascade into ur own css hrm the phplayers is enclosed in .horbar div but each item is enclosed in .horbaritem div the 2.0 tikineat CSS file doesn't have any "horbar*" entries u looking at layersmenu-index.css? i simply redefine the class in my own custom css note that in some 2.0 css (such as tikineat.css) there is already a phplayers section that u can use right, i'm looking at the phplayers section and i tried copying over the .horbar and .horbar item entries from my old CSS file but it had no effect btw, there are tons of browser extensions that u can use that will show exactly how the class is defined thats just the div for tholder. u may also need the .mdk* classes AH! The .mdkitem class was the one! I think I need to learn to use one of those browser extensions. Got a recommended one for IE? not sure. but try http://www.ieaddons.com thx! the IE dev toolbar is also good (but not available for IE 8 :( hm, looks like the layout of the {CATEGORY} plugin changed now, how to change it back...? SVN: Commit by lphuberdeau :: r 14677 /trunk/templates/tiki-editpage.tpl: [FIX] Translation was broken SVN: Commit by lphuberdeau :: r 14676 /trunk/lib/ointegratelib.php: [FIX] Apply filtering on remote data lphuberdeau_: why you rollback the feature_translation I am trying to have a clean screen for multilingual site with no translator or translation step Is there any way to turn off the "Report this post" feature in Forums? Ah, I think I've found the answer in Permissions. Had been looking in Admin:Forums. a cool so L0gg3r is the logging bot here who runs L0gg3r
