Hello.  is anyone awake here?
I'm new to tiki and a bit confused on how to add and admin the components I am interested in.  For example, I clicked on the blogs item, but it shows to be disabled, still.
OK, I found the issue.  Had to be enabled in the features menu.
OK, new challenge.  my site (http://l4smb.net) is pointing to http://l4smb.net/tiki-custom_home.php as the home page.  where does this get changed to point to the tiki-index.php?

Guys, I have looked through documentation and forums and am continuing to experiment with this, and my hosting company is very advanced and I highly doubt that is the problem. I am unable to connect to the database and I believe it's an installation script problem for TikiWiki 2.2
It seems like the database is only partially formed from the installation script
I have three DB tables at this point: tiki_dynamic_variables, tiki_minichat, tiki_pages_translation_bits
I'm kind of shocked, actually, because I followed the installation to the letter and there is plenty of memory limit at my hosting site. It would seem that my error would be a common one and there really is nothing in the forums to address this issue, not that I could find after poking around for quite some time
