So I guess these are open questions: if I edit .htaccess files, which do I need to edit (or all of them)? If I can define $base_url as a hard-coded URL where should I do that? in tiki 3.0 Edit, Source, Remove, Rename, Perms, History and Make Structure all come up with relative URLs, where Add Comment and Attach File do not (they are javascript references).
