I have a question about exported data from trackers--when I export a tracker, any date fields are exported as text rather than a date.  Any easy way to change this?

luciash, the strasa theme has its own folder icons. According to the docs, images in styles/themename/pics/icons (IIRC) are used in place of the default.
But I guess the session or something prevents a clean switch. The theme changes sometimes but the icons don't change. Logging out and back in fixes it.
But sometimes there is a mix of default and theme-specific images.
I don't know how to fix this. For a site that doesn't change its theme, no problem. For others, a problem.

and I have also the impression that after a fresh install - the admin is not asked for a new password (need to redo an install for this one)

Though developers do not want to hear it, Tikiwiki is not working on Windows 2000, Windows 2003 or Windows 2007 boxes. I did get a Windows server to eventually test this, but I haven't gotten to playing with it
Maybe it's a Windows problems, who knows?
I guess that comes back to my query...this product does not consistently run well on all server types. Development should cover various servers.

the interesting thing about the language settings in the tracker I came across, was when I edited the site settings to use multiple languages instead of the default english, my arabic content didn't work (in the tracker)

I see that there is an explanation on what features are, but there isn't a single place in the Workflow documentation letting a new admin (like myself) know that they need to actually Enable it from the features section

BTW creating the FULL URL corrects the issue with relative URLs on the button bar...I've only got two of the 20 buttons done but they work fine.

Nah, a dynamic variable must be in the database so it's also beyond Smarty's reach.
