On 2.0RC4 The cursor works fine, bold/unbold works well and the cursor selects text correctly. The only thing broken is there is no OK button in the popup when you add an internal link. Thanks for your help on this ..

oh great I will look later. My big concerns at the present are with the 3.0 beta WYSIWYG totally broken on the Mac, the file image gallery and image pluging are unusable :(

Can I get the file ID to show on the File gallery so I can put it in a wiki page? I can only get the galery ID to show

I was talking to sylvieg last night - I hope she gets a chance to fix it. Demo tomorrow is to a mac shop so no WYSIWIG is nearly fatal!! But any way we continue, hey this is whay OS software is all about!! :)
But the file picture gallery is very strange, ther is lots of testing and some significant UI isses to be solved - who is the main person in this area?

OK I have got it, it is not obvious and I am not being thick. But some work need to be done here!! You have to double click on the link to paste the {} bit back in to the page.

Go to file gal -> "Edit Gallery" -> second tab "Display properties" -> change "ID" from "Hide" to "column" (or anything else than hide, actually)
anyway, that's not supposed to be the way of adding an image

yes  so 2 things : First if I change the property it shows the ID on the file gallery list BUT not on the actual list of files, its a bug!

Second point: when you have clicked on the lille icon (with alt tag of "add another image") it is not clear at all what you have to do to actually select the image you want to include.

OK the problem is as follows with the ID's if you create a gallery with the option off, when you turn it on the ID's do not show. It all works fine if you switch the option on before creating a gallery. :)

I doubt the ID thing. The option just controls the file gal list display. The ID exists anyway. At least in beta0 (installing beta1 right now)
Was the TW cache cleared after changing the ID setting?

The fileID is also visible in the image URLs, so it can be found even if not listed in the gallery.
You need to tell nyloth about improvements, but he probably won't answer this week (he stayed in Quebec with his wife for one more week)
So {IMAGE} did reach 3.0?  I missed the trunk/4.0/3.0 announcement so I'd been committing to trunk and not 3.0.

I just created a beta1. Went through installer. Created a galley with default options. uploaded an image. No ID displayed in listing. Edited file gal properies. Set ID to "both". Went looking at the gallery -> Here it shows a new ID column with the expected id (1)

strange  have ID displayed in my fgals...
Its OK now I know how to double click on the file viewer I can survive. The ID thing was my PlanB now PlanA works fine!!  Thanks.

well, if I configure a local filegal, I don't want its config to change because I changed something somewhere else.
the purposes of file gals are very varied, and having per-filegal options is good.
but this is buggy path and explorer are changed - but not the rest...

Hi all now I am on to blogs in trunk. I have set iki_p_blog_post	blogs +  tiki_p_create_blogs + tiki_p_read_blog But registered uses can not post, they can view and create. It is a bug or me not getting the docs?
