R|SK: Anybody?
chibaguy: Hi R|SK, what Tiki version?
R|SK: 2.2
The module is still there, but the menu is deleted
chibaguy: I wonder if you can run the database update script and get it back.
afaik, the menu is stored in the database.
Anyway, there's no risk in running the script again.
R|SK: Hmm...
Or I have to recreate it manually.
chibaguy: That'd be a drag. It's a lot of items.
R|SK: Indeed.
How can I run the script again?
chibaguy: Go to tiki-install.php.
Actually you could use phpMyAdmin and submit the statement that way too.
R|SK: Is it nor automatically renamed?
chibaguy: Hmm, either it has to be renamed back or a new tiki-install.php uploaded, I guess. I've forgotten how 2.2 works already, since working with 3.0.
R|SK: Neither do I have access to the filesystem nor to the Database.
chibaguy: You can't ftp files to the site?
R|SK: Not yet
It's a cororate server.
chibaguy: I don't think there's an admin method to get the menu back. Every solution requires either ftp or database access, I think.
R|SK: I have a second installation of tiki here, and tried to export the menu there and to reimport it to the main installation but I gett an error.
You can only use optionId = 0 to create a new option or optionId equal an id that already belongs to the menu to update it.
That's the error message.
chibaguy: How did you export it?
R|SK: With the option "Export CSV data" on the menu page.
luciash: polom polom
R|SK: Polom back luciash.
chibaguy: I don't see that option...
polom luciash
R|SK: Tiki-admin_menu_options.php -> scroll to the end of the page.

chibaguy remembers to scroll the page....
luciash: R|SK: you have to open the CSV file in OpenOffice

mycomputer: I'm fine thanks. For the moment no problem. I am becoming a real tikiwiki fanboy :)
luciash: R|SK: ah, yes, you have to create new empty menu or you have to set the column (last) i think to 'y' to allow overwrite what you already set

chibaguy: yep
luciash: ok, so it works ok only with trunk ?
chibaguy: well, that depends on what you mean by "works with", I guess.
afaik, people just use mods as a general repository. There's no correlation with trunk or branches of Tiki's main code.
luciash: i want to checkout, can i use them with 3.0 or 2.2 ?
chibaguy: That depends. For things like avatars, no problem. But for themes and other things, there could be incompatibilities.
luciash: i see
chibaguy: I don't really know a good strategy for themes. I'll just label the 3.0 versions like Kubrick_for_3.0 or something.

R|SK: So guys, another question for you: I've enabled the plugin Snarf, to embed external content into a wiki page.
However there seemd to be the same security issue as when implementing an iframe.
The code is changed from {SNARF(url=>http://www.livejournal.co... to {SNARF(ur<x>l=>http://www.livejournal.co...
luciash: R|SK: that's easy to workaround
R|SK: The same thing happens to <iframe>
luciash: R|SK: {SNARF(u%72l=>http://www.livejournal.co
R|SK: ok
-: luciash is not sure %72 is the correct encoding for "r" :)
R|SK: Gnaaaaa! "You need php-curl for the SNARF plugin!" :-/
luciash: yup yup
but you can use the iframe if not public access server or iframe in a module or create own plugin ;)
R|SK: I need to contact our admin... :-|
How can I use the iframe?
The wiki is only used in our intranet.
luciash: {IFRAME(u%72l=>... ?
or is there different problem with <x> sanitization ??
R|SK: No, seems to be the same
Perhaps you remember, that we have talked about it recently.
luciash: chibaguy: it checks out only the themes/ dir ;)
creates only the last dir in the path
R|SK: I'm trying to implement rudimentary content of our bugtracker "Mantis" into our wiki.

R|SK: Hrrr... isn't there any way to disable the security setting preventing the usgae of iframe and url?
chibaguy: Nope.
R|SK: OS i have to ask why?
luciash: i see, it sanitizes iframe tag itself... only way to use iframe in your case is creating the custom module on Admin > Modules and include it using {MODULE(module=my_module) /}
R|SK: As lot of of plugins and even the Dynamic content system make use of it, this doesn't make sense to me.
Luciash: that's a bad workaround, but it seems to me that I've no other chance.
luciash: R|SK: it doesn't make sense to us too, but someone implemented it this way and nobody got into it to fix it yet in these areas...
R|SK: k
chibaguy: There's an iframe plugin in trunk that can be used in 2.2, right?
R|SK: I only know, that this plugin will be available in tiki 3.0
luciash: chibaguy: the problem is that the IFRAME plugin output gets sanitized too i guess
chibaguy: Hmm, I thought I tested it and it worked ok.
R|SK: Great.
chibaguy: Also, it's available; it just needs to be downloaded and installed.
R|SK: k
Is there any donwload link or do I need to get it from the repository?
chibaguy: repository
luciash: nope, sorry, i mean not the output but the plugin name
uh ? i thought R|SK already uses that plugin and says it doesn't work ?
please, don't confuse me :)
R|SK: I used the snarf Plugin which uses "url". I tried DCS which should make use of <iframe>.
Both with negative results.
luciash: R|SK: ok, so you haven't tried the IFRAME plugin yet ?
R|SK: Correct
chibaguy: http://zukakakina.com/IFRAME_plugin_test -- last save on November 23, 2008

chibaguy: thx for testing
R|SK: Can someone give me a direct download link?
The ftp-access to my home installation (where I already have tiki 3 beta 1 installed) is blocked by our proxy and I don't finde the plugin on the repo.
luciash: R|SK: isn't it in your Tiki in the lib/wikiplugins-dist folder ?
chibaguy: or http://tikiwiki.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/tikiwiki/trunk/lib/wiki-plugins/wikiplugin_iframe.php?revision=14598
R|SK: Maybe. I have to get access to our server from our admin first.

chibaguy: I'd feel better if there was some sort of agreement on that.
For instance, the install page has "Tiki 3.0" at the top and "TikiWIki" on the right side, like two versions of the logo are presented because we couldn't decide.
I watched people see the page and go "what's this??"

lifestream has quit IRC ("Tiki PJIRC Integrator")
jonnyb__: hmm - good point - it's "just appeared" for me in the past - i'll do a quick search...
MatWho: it did for me but now it does not - it is a massive pain.
jonnyb__: there's a checkbox in admin/features/users - i'll try it
ricks99: do u mean "group alert"?
MatWho: I just want every one to get an email in a group when a wiki page is changed
jonnyb__: it makes the second "eye" icon appear, but nothing happens - seems to be broken, i'll investigate
MatWho: I dont get the second eye, it all worked fine on trunk - I am now ruined :(
ricks99: works for me
MatWho: what did you do?
ricks99: click the second eye and i get a popup
with my groups.
MatWho: i dont get the 2nd eye

ricks99: need to enable watch & group watch
MatWho: do you mean user watch
s/user watch/user watches/
ricks99: Admin: Features, user tab
enable "user watches" and "group watches"
jonnyb__: feature_group_watches is on admin/features/users
MatWho: yes both are on
jonnyb__: then you should get the eye...
however you need to enable mootools for it to actually work (as it secretly depends on it)
MatWho: I need 2 eyes dont I
jonnyb__: yy
MatWho: only get one
jonnyb__: skype?
MatWho: ok in 3 mins
ricks99: jonnyb is right... needs mootools
***: kerrnel has quit IRC ("CGI:IRC (Ping timeout)")
MatWho: I have mootools on
-: marclaporte cheers ricks99 on his innovations
jonnyb__: it also requires tiki_p_admin_users (or tiki_p_admin) for the 2nd eye to appear
not sure why
MatWho: marclaporte: what do you mean
-: sylvieg plan to change the interface of group watch - I would like a special apge not a drop-down with all the groups - because I do not need the query - getr_group each time
jonnyb__: sounds good sylvieg - meanwhile i'll make it work with jquery
sylvieg: does the ajax autosave need ajax feature to work?
ricks99: think so
sylvieg: has somebody the ajax_autosave working with fck?
Do you see a special icon in fck toobar for autosave purpose?
I thought Chibaguy moved tikineat _ I still have the .css ....
MatWho: sylvieg: +1
jonnyb__: i gave in with autosave - it messes up page content (for me) when previewing, in both wysiwyg and wiki - had a go at fixing it but no joy, so i made it optional
sylvieg: :-(
find out the tikineat ... it was not deleted in my local trunk

what does "for not registered author" mean?
sylvieg: perhaps it is ... ask a name if anonymous upload file?

Hmm... except for the "stable" example.

anyone know how to get mail-in to play nice. every time i send a message to it (using PHP mail() on another server) I get a Array print_r spill at the top of the page when it tries loading it (not very informative) but a message sent from outlook (via exchange) works fine
barring that working, is there a way to drop a page in the wiki from outside via direct database access (e.g modify the entry in wiki_pages but that won't update the history file)

Some of the images in my image gallery appear their normal size instead of thumbnailed. Any ideas?
