I have the 3.0 beta running but cannot figure out how to enable wiki plugins.  I've searched everywhere but cant find an answer
uSlacker: Maybe they're only in the Magic menu set.  If so: Oops.

uSlacker: If the Magic admin menus are enabled, click on Content then look for Plugins no far right.
uSlacker: Do you have a thin menu across the top of the page?  That's the Magic menu.  I forget how it is enabled.

can it be ok that a module does not show anything when max_rows isn't set?

I looked in other modules and some set max_rows themselves, others have functions in libs that work more nicely and others don't do anything...
... I now looked at top-active-blogs module and mimicked its behaviour - but it doesn't really feel too good how module_rows is (at least as I see it) inconsistently implemented.
