You can also try Admin -> Editing and Plugins to make sure your TOC plugin is enabled 		[14:10]

ChadDa3monhrepc, you should be able to do this via the permissions button at the bottom of each page
I would recommend getting familiar with groups and categories (they go well together) to make things a bit more dynamic 		[18:11]
