You can also try Admin -> Editing and Plugins to make sure your TOC plugin is enabled

Wait, I've activated it. And it shows me structure (that i've created earlier) but when all the links are href=""
So after {toc} I see

but I am not able to navigate through them..  just because of href="" in code
Database Type If you are using MySQL, the database type is mysql. If you are using Postgresql, the database type is "pgsql". - ist mssql possible?

Good afternoon - I have just installed tikiwiki 3.0 and will use it as a medical educational and training site. I am have a problem finding information concerning user permission . Lets say I have 4 separate pages each one being a training lesson, I would like to assign individual permissions, per lesson per individual can this be done?

hrepc, you should be able to do this via the permissions button at the bottom of each page
I would recommend getting familiar with groups and categories (they go well together) to make things a bit more dynamic
