Kissaki: the code doesn't deduce the status from the resolution status

Kissaki: so the status couldn't be used anywhere, for filtering. status is a system field while resolution status is user-defined. there are nice icons for status, for example.
who cares about icons... and filtering works, doesn't it? like on trackers item list, search for bug...

the patch removed previous category permissions because they all changed meaning
so it means 3->4 everybody will have tr redo all the categs eprms

so for now - 2 identified problems on perms-take2: 1/ the perms on categs are lost and must be manually redone -> a script is needed 2/ categ on tracker items could have problems

sylvieg: regarding your last mail, I guess what should happen is that the category permissions disappear, so you fall back to the global perms. global perms may be more permissive than categ perms.
