Is there a default set of tools? The rows were empty when admin-toolbars loaded. I dragged up the help icon, and now my wiki toolbar is only a help icon. So it'd be good to be able to load a set of "typical" or default icons, then add to it.

i tried coelesce, too, and it works there.
also, the behavior is consistent whether a theme option is enabled or not.

What version are you running?
Theme differences should only be CSS. The theme-specific template files (in the bundled themes) are only to put things in different places. Functionality should be the same in all.
tw.o is proposed branch, I think.

MacLeod, the design is to use layout.css for global behaviors like visibility, etc. If that breaks in a theme, then apparently the theme css overrides layout.css in a bad way.
But this is for standards-conforming browsers.

Some of the presentation change at that site is probably configuration differences.

A problem at themes.tw.o. is that the default style is intruding into page-specific styles in a nasty way.

Hi all. I've got a problem with my update to 3.1 from 3.0, After the update, I just get blank screens. going to the folder with the tikiwiki in it, I see the web address automatically points to tiki-index.php, but the screen is blank. I tried reverting to my backup (an ftp of the whole tikiwiki folder to my desktop) and I can see some of my formatting, and forums, but not the wiki content....
...Any thoughts? 
Is it relevant that I've changed the location of the tikiwiki in my directory structure - would that influence how it interacts with the database?

Use Firefox and firebug add on to identify what CSS selectors are involved with the help popup, and then how they differ between the themes were things work and those where they don't.

I've done tiki version upgrades a few times, but haven't restored databse from backup before. I've been looking through the .sql and can see that the wiki content is in there. So I'm relieved about that.

considering that the database might be corrupted in some way, I made a new one, imported my backup .sql, uploaded a fresh 3.1 installation in a new folder, and went through the update installation, directed at the imported backup .sql, only to be back at my same 'white screen of death' after completing the update successfully and entering tiki. Any thoughts on what to try next?
Also, i've got 32M memory limit, so that's not it. perhaps the backup sql is also bad?
