All the theme stylesheets I just checked have padding in that td.

I'm upgrading from 2.1 -> 3.2. I've done the upgrade from 2.1 to 2.4 first, and it seems okay, but as soon as I upgrade from 2.4 -> 3.2 it breaks all of my file galleries.
