pffff ... I'm really fall in love with TikiWiki ! lot of thanks to dev peoples ! :) Good to hear. And when people wake up and read the old messages they'll get a smile. New Forum Posts: can't upload pfd files - http://tikiwiki.org/tiki-view_forum_thread.php?forumId=4&comments_parentId=35304 New Forum Posts: Lost backlinks - http://tikiwiki.org/tiki-view_forum_thread.php?forumId=4&comments_parentId=35305 toctoc I can't use profiles.tikiwiki.org from a tiki 3.3 site anybody here who can test if profiles.tikiwiki.org is working for him/her on a tiki 3.3 site? every time I click on the refresh button at the profile repository from "admin home > profiles" I get "Error loading page" ok, changed theme, and no change (Error loading page) let's see disabling ajax... no change hi xavi. it smell a bug.. hi Gary s/smell/smells do you have other tiki versions to try with? ok, I'll start my local apache and try on a tiki4rc1... (good idea, instead of mouning other people to do it) brrrrr, on a testing tiki33 in my local machine it works as usual with no problem... must be some problem at the server site on that hosting... just tried in my localhost branch 4, and can access ok. I wonder what might be wrong on the server side... thanks chibaguy for testing also sure. I tried with eatlon and thenews and no way... "Error loading page"... I'll try with the same theme on localhost and the server side yeah, I don't think the theme should matter. afaik, they have no influence on the functioning. yes, that's what I thgouth, but just in case, to reduce "degrees of freedom" (we say in science) confirmed, no change with theme. And using the same browser on both tests (localhost and server) ok. confirmed: problem on the server side. Using exactly the same db theme and browser, it works on localhost but fails on the server brrrr.... maybe some security setting that prevents the access. yeah, on that level, I don't have much awareness. yes, that's what I thought... but with no more info for sys admins, I fear their answer... anyway, thanks chibaguy for feedback :-) I'll send the sys admins an email in case they can find out more and an email to lph, just in case he has some more clue on what technology is needed on the server side for profiles to work as expected bbl xavi around? My question: Can I enable the users to be able to *watch categories* without giving them the permission "tiki_p_admin_categories"? Rob______: yes How? I just want to have users be able to watch categories and not be able to do anything else with them in 4 or 3? 4 So far I only get the *watch category* icon when I give my users the "tiki_p_admin_categories" perm is there any special perm I have to set to enable the icons for categories? For normal wiki sites, the watch icons are there, but not for cats seems you are right it is only with tii_p_amin_categ.... was also like this in 3 hm that's sad because with that perm I enable the users to do anything with categories like deleting etc. My aim was to make a file / docu repository with tikiwiki and the watch category feature would have been handy for ppl that always want the latest firmware, documentation etc. Is there a possibility to mod that? seems that you can take away the perms control in templates/tiki-browse_categories.tpl ah I think I see what you mean. I will try this out... yay! seems to work! thank you very very much! tikiwiki: 03sylvieg * r23371 10/trunk/ (2 files in 2 dirs): [FIX]COLORBOX: new params: thumb + sort_mode + display description New Forum Posts: Tiki 4.0 installation issue - http://tikiwiki.org/tiki-view_forum_thread.php?forumId=6&comments_parentId=35307 Recent Bug: Tracker item: #2873 - - 4.0: changing newsletter editor from wysiwyg to normal produces blank page - http://dev.tikiwiki.org/tiki-view_tracker_item.php?trackerId=5&itemId=2873 tikiwiki: 03lphuberdeau * r23373 10/trunk/ (5 files in 3 dirs): [MOD] Allow to disable comment titles for wiki pages In tiki4, is the last blog posts module supposed to be renamed to the blog of the posts it contains? And (another module thing) at tw.o the Last page changes module items omit the author. The mouseover text ends with "
