it used to show little "degree" character next to all Tiki strings and when user clicked it he could translate it in popup window... i tried to enable it but it seems to do nothing for me in Tiki 4 :(

are you trying to have a comma in your page name? tiki handles this automatically
just verify that you have your wiki link format set properly (on admin: wiki page)
