| dabicho | Hello. I have a problem with my tikiwiki installation. I have it installed in my home directory on linux, so that it can be accessed as http://ip/~user/wiki. However, for some reason the PHPSESSID cookie has the tilde ~ encoded as %7E, and I am always getting the "You have to enable cookies to be able to login to this site" error message. Any ideas? php configuration maybe?
