To be quite honest, the tikiwikis I've seen till now all look somewhat cluttered. Why is there a shoutbox even on the tw.org page?
Also, latest changes are not relevant to most users I suppose

A reason Tiki sites are cluttered is that Tiki has so many features, and they are so easy to activate (flip a switch) that people tend to activate too many things
