i occasionally hit "always HTTPS" and now my install is broken, how i can undo it ?

ok then... let`s change something in the start.
i got mysqldump of my old tikiwiki.
so now i installed new, and loaded dump into it.
so now i`m using my OLD database with ssl set to 0
looks like it`s cookie problem...
when i try to use my dump - i got BLANK page 
and no errors :(
hm, tiki_cookies table is clear
so the question is - how to recovery tikiwiki from mysqldump, as of now - i got new install of tiki and loaded my mysqldump, but getting blank pages.
anyone ?
is there any logs in tikiwiki ?

hey I was wondering if someone could help me.  Upgrading to 4.1 seems to have hosed my permissions.  I don't even have permission to access the admin
