ohertel: You mean whether someone clicked on a link to reach your site?  Look for "referer" statistics in whatever traffic or server log reporting tool you're using.
Nah, I had like 3GB/h of traffic for like the last 8 hours ... and wanted to find out where it comes from.
But I think I know... some .net-bot, probably BING is stuck in the xref pages. :P

thanks for the help earlier SEWilco2, I totally overlooked that the meta tags were edited in the pages themselves.  I somehow had it stuck in my head it was in the admin panel somewhere  =P

what happen was i renamed the file to stop some one using it. then i renamed the file back to waht it was and then the content of the site has gone but the pages them self are there. just missing all the text

Flush your cache.  There's an option in the Admin menu.
what do the pages say?  like is there an error or they are simply blank?

There might some scripts that tried to access the missing pages, and the result is still cached.
Is the entire page white, or are the site decorations there but without the content?

Crazydc: Found it.  Awkward but not a fatal problem.  Believe it or not, Joshyy deleting the page content is not fatal.

You didn't mention you were under attack.  Just go to the page's History and roll back to the previous change.

Crazydc: Go through the "last changes" list or that editor's changes and undo them from History.  I don't know if there is a user-rollback tool.
