In this case, the tiki logo is what's causing it to be its current height. So you need to check it with your own logo, for one thing. Or else specify a height for that div.
You can measure the distance of the point where the body background changes color, and assign that as the height of div#header-top, if that's what your objective is.
As long as that div's height doesn't fluctuate due to its content changing, it should stay lined up, I think.
