I think feature based on other pattern, like the wiki perms, you need both edit and rollback to rollback

if you have restricted view globally by default and allow view something by perms in category as long as you have the object in one category all is well
but if you add another category which doesn't have the same perms (to allow view), it gets not displayed :-/

i misunderstood where you want it to display but i suppose now you want it on all user links
so if you will use the real name, your users could fill their nick or whatever there

well, to test, I see that the plugin "Attachments" is showing that message, so I clicked the link and got to a page where I need to activate attachments for wiki pages. So it seems to make sense in this test.
(if this is the case, maybe "set" should be "activate" in the translation string.

I have upgraded a 2.2 site to 3.4 and cannot find the tiki-admin_include_plugins.php file in there, even if it is advertised as a feature of 3.x
Do I need 4.x to have these? The 3.4 tag in SVN hasn't the file in it either.
the file is included by tiki-admin.php but doesn't seems to exist, in 3.x or 4.1, even trunk.

In general, security things like "remove your version information" seem to fail as much on this kind of human factors issue as anything else.
