Hi, I have put a jq infinite carousel slideshow in a module and it works, but on the pages that have the editor (e.g. edit wiki page), it gets VERY slow and in Firefox now and then ends up in a script not responding situation. I am looking for a way to disable that module on pages with the editor only. Any ideas what's the easiest way to do this?

I'm having problems with a registration tracker. While existing users can see and create itesm for it, a new user isn't getting the input fields. I've read the text about access and permissions on the User Regsitration Tracker page, but it doesn;t seem to address my situation. If I log in and go to a wiki page, logged users can see the input fields. Anonymous users cannot.
wintrymix: I thjink you need tiki_p_create_tracker_item for anonymous for this tracker

just to be sure.. I just installed a centos 5.4 vm with mysql-server gd and pdo-x86_64 (all 64 bit versions because it wouldn't work on regular i386 version) I turned off my firewall to test I created a database manually called tikiwiki and granted all rights to root on the database. I can access the database from my other computer.
I copied everything - ran the setup.sh after c hmodding it to +x and used default settings.
Load up web browser and run it all get to the database connection area and t hen get that error. what am I doing wrong?

To silvieg -> I had a crash during ten minute for an other reason. I sent an answer to you about the query on the dev.tikiwiki.org. Any search of trackers "bugs and Wishes" fail with a query error.
none of those solutions seems to apply to my situation.. I've met all the prerequisites as far as I canse.. just don tknow why its still giving me this issue.. I'm going to attempt the manual procedure by creating the local.php and importing the database but it references a file that doesn't even exist in the db/ directory
theres the secondary one the tiki-secdb_5.0_mysql.sql but no main mysql file at all in the original zip either.. sigh

did not follow your problem. Do you still try installing since this afternoon?
check that maybe your archive/download is corrupt, pdo extension of php is available and the php5-mysql module is installed?
install mysql-admin and check if you can connect to your database (tool is useful anyhow for tiki development)

until I created it manually during the manual process which I entered the credentials for 127.0.0.1 etc. and was going to import the data but the actual mysql data was missing from the dir
the secondary one was there but not the primary.. so i gave up
well its definitely a problem with the host I tried to install another cms and its saying no database drivers but I know it is installed. Has to be a bug with the 64 bit of centos or something.
