morning folks! i have a permissions issue I cant figure out. my article topic images display only for admin, and not all other users. i cant locate what permission is missing in order for the topic images to display properly for users. can someone point me in the right direction?

but if i choose the name of a registered user, then the avatar of that registered user is shown
is there a possibility to prevent that?

I also have a Q: I was looking for removing the many <br />'s from my pages that contain plugins. I found in the code feature_wiki_paragraph_formatting, while I cannot see that back in the admin / wiki. Is it the one? Where is it then?
