hi, another question:
I changed the favicon in admin -> look and fell
works alright in firefox
but favicon will not change in IE
what do I wrong?
is there a special setting for IE?

Hi Just upgraded from 5.1 to 5.3   We Get a message in the Admin pages:  A new version of Tikiwiki, 5.2, is available. You are currently running 5.3.   Should this concern us?

also, re your 5.3 < 5.2 question - looks like partly a bug and partly the new version hasn't been logged on the system
