I had a similar issue in my localhost, but there, I got the message frmo line 90 in pluglinfile:

nowadays, in another server, I get the wrong name of file, and the link is like: tiki-download_file.php?fileId=Array
moreover, the fileId is 2 in the wiki syntax, but the name of the file shown is from fileId 1
