look, we only can people convince to regularly use a streaming tool and following the events, if it works and when they have kind of an extendet value
if they just waste time, cause it never worked and never will work, there is no use and no demand
on the other hand, it is the personal meeting of each other, talking, drinking beeretc. that brings things forward

++ I talk about a professional application where people have a real meating and they do not accept any delay > 0,5 sec.  As I am a freqent mmorpg player: those gaming-audio-tools do not have any relevant delay 
I belive you ... but with what argumentation we could "force" people to download just another client application, weather it is good or better - we are just trying to offer a service
I´d say, it needs not to be perfect, but work stable at all and to a certain extend of audio quality
eachone most understand the others without being bolloxed after 1/2 an hour
but again - if any possible, without any need to download a client

Lets say some users from Austria and Germany, perhabs Poland would come, there could be a decent TikiFest with good Czeck beer
and they are just consumers mostly, barely having any idea what Tiki is
oh, clients and friends ... and some devs and admins and users from other countries ....
interested people might be a good target audience aswell
especially to get a software recognised in a country

hey, i've got a lil problem with tikiwiki 5.3, maybe sb can help me out: i configured a bottom bar and want to make it visible to the anonymous group, but i dont know where to set this permissions. Maybe sb know?
