Where are Sections documented?  They're still not in the obvious place in doc.tw.o and it takes forever to find them.
Sections are parts of a site which have different characteristics than other parts.  I can't find the page which describes how to define/use them.  They're kind of like different themes for different subject areas.  Or something.  I only know what they do when I stumble across the page which describes them.
