hi. excuse me, i am french, i don't speak well english. i am installing tiki 6.1 and i can't connect to admin. it display that my cookies are not enabled. But i checked and it's enable. somebody can help me please?
nobody to help me? must i uninstall all, and retry again?

anyone know how to set a custom homepage, i've gone through the documentation and the smarties page but nothing seems to work
there is a feature: Admin-> General->Navigation Tab :: Home Page-> Use Tiki feature as Homepage

this loads: tiki-custome_home.php which could be customized as you need.

alright whats the deal with the different url then?
you can modify it easily without destroying functionality build into tiki-index.php
ok that makes sense, but what if I wanted to just set the homepage to a custom html file?
copy the HTML and  paste it to that tiki-custom_home.php. As far as I know otherwise you can include via wiki plugin HTML some HTML within a Wiki page but this will always be surrounded by the activated wiki features such as backlinks, edit etc....
gotcha, now how can I mask part of the url so the homepage just appears as http://domain.com instead of http://domain.com/tiki/tiki-custom_home.php
maybe by adding a rewrite rule. but I don't know how to set this up.
