As far as I know, CSS frameworks provide styling, etc. comprehensively, but don't bring along a set of themes. 		[09:43]

coaboatry the builder.yaml.de first. (if Im not totaly wrong) you can assign all the css layout related things regarding the "basic layout" like column order, header etc through it. Not affecting color etc. ! But as drupal and other cms utilizing it I can imagin it is not limited to static content! [10:09]
