oh? is ok for you now on 7.x?
it might depend on allow_html etc settings xavi: it's ok with plugin code, but it's not ok with PluginR (< converted into < , and thus, R fails)

as it used to work with tiki 3, 4, 5 & 6

ome way to indicate that "Dynamic variables" (wiki_dynvar_style, under "Admin > Text area > General Settings") have to be set to "Double (%%varname%%)"
s/ome/some
the option at the dropdown was "double" (accoding to firebug)
wiki_dynvar_style=double ?
wiki_dynvar_style: double ?
I'm used to y or n as the value for the parameters in profiles... jonnyb: never really used dynvars
maybe they just don't work in profiles?
did you try it first in a wiki page? xavi: try in a wiki page?
they do work. My doubt is about how to indicate in a profile the value for a dropdown setting
never mind, it's not that critical. I'll dig in profiles.tiki.org (maybe it's documented somewhere) or ask the list if needed in a few days
ok, tiki7 install finished: http://r-help-es.ourproject.org/tiki7/

I 'm just checking that the hack in PluginR is backwards compatible with Tiki 6 LTS... jonnyb: xavi: i also fixed the way the wiki parsing is handled to suit 7.x, so that param will probably change or break

There is a new textarea in blog posts called "Excerpt", but wikiplugin_bloglist isn't updated to use it.
wikiplugin_bloglist will display the latest post(s) in a wiki page, but posts the whole thing.
I made a workaround by putting a div in the blog post that contains most of the post (not the first part). There is a CSS rule to hide this div when inside the wikiplugin_bloglist.
It works well but the blog author has to make the DIV tag manually each time.
The best solution would be to update wikiplugin_bloglist but I don't know how. coaboa: ok that what I thought too. thx.
the div: {DIV(id="for-front-page")}Blogcontent{DIV}
sowhat like this? Trebly: <chibaguy> Hi, Do you think it is useful. For articles I use copy-paste, It is sure that some external link will not be solved. For wiki structures it is an heavy job (Create structure and copy past each page). Because... chibaguy: Well, I made it like "The intro part of the blog post is here...{DIV(class="mainpartofblogpost")}main part of blog post.{DIV} and then made the rule .wikiplugin_blogpost .mainpartofblogpost. {display:none;}.
So the main part doesn't display in the plugin and the rule is ignored in the blog post page. coaboa: ah ok, thx. mixed hiding ith displaying ;-) Trebly: ...they have lived a time with parallels changes (content for the old one, parameters and config for the new version. chibaguy: Trebly, could the 3.3 database be updated to 7.1 the standard way (tiki-install.php)? xavi: back chibaguy: Has anyone had trouble with the tracker dynamic items list showing the items correctly for one parent item but showing all the items for the second? how can I indicate that "Dynamic variables" (wiki_dynvar_style, under "Admin > Text area > General Settings") have to be set to "Double (%%varname%%)" in a profile?

?
I mean, the value from the option in the drop down seems to be "double" (according to the html source)
