nkothsophie_ Changing the PHP setting is not that difficult http://doc.tiki.org/Upload+file+size (or you can google it) but with such large files I can think of a number of other issues. If you are storing the files in the database (vs. disk) there might be issues - I would not recommend it myself... and also the connection might timeout because it takes a while to upload 100MB.
