They are ignored by the wiki parser. Anyone knows if this is  an intentional change in the behavior of the parser?

[15:17] ichat what could be wrong with my tiki 8 install:  when i freshly install it on my webhost php 5.3.10    -  and want to deploy a template  i get the error that i should put javascript ON...   i have tried with 4 browsers  openchrome 15 (ubuntu)   chrome 17  firefox 9 and  IE9 on windows 7...     im not blocking any javascript and the php cokkies say  javascript_enable=y       how can i manage to still be able to install a template
