I have a client who wants to start a video on demand service and I was wondering if tiki would be a suitable platform for this.

but the admin are about 100 people

i think tiki can do what you need though probably matteo_servas_it: the families are groups but there is no way to create a new group and add a user
the hauses are just traker with street city ecc..
