To reproduce: 1- Make a tracker in 6.x with at least one text area, one text field and a bunch of others. 2- Put these field in an tracker plugin in a page (so as to input data in tracker) 3- Upgrade this tracker to 10.x or 11.x 4- Notice how they are no longer lined up I noticed this on several sites.
