[07:55] TomJarvis PenguinMan98: Do you phpmyadmin on your Windows server?  Use that to export the database and then use phpmyadmin on your new hosting account to import

[07:57] TomJarvis PenguinMan98: When you run tiki-install on Tiki 12, it will update the database to Tiki 12.  Be sure to keep a backup copy.
