mmm, nope, same effect. It doesn't do any svn update for any of my users. Jyhem , it might be broken, or some other issue is interfering. But I thought this would be selected on L&F by the "custom theme location" option. I thought the legacy themes would work as before, but they'd get bootstrap.css and design.css by default first. I guess temporarily (for testing) we could add an import statement to the theme stylesheets. I don't know the mechanism to activate bootstrap.css or design.css according to the L&F prefs.
