regarding what to add to the Upgrade Wizard, it will be open for discussion and wiki-like additions/removals maybe during this design early stage arildb: bbl -: xavi knows that ricks99 will have lots of ideas of what to add and/or remove from the Upgrade Wizard, thinking in end users upgrading their first tiki X to tiki Y, etc... ricks99: :)
would be super nice to have a page in the wizard that 1. shows all new perms/feature and 2. shows anything that changed due to upgrade
