xavino idea, it didn't want to run in my laptop due to fake-issues with java (it said in chrome as if java was not instaled, and it was indeed; so I fed up trying to understand the issue, and recorded with the same screencasting software I use for other duties in GNU/Linux, which produces nice and small webm videos from a happy-path-setup, etc)
it was the day when I was screencasting some Tiki things already for the course I'm teaching these weeks on Tiki, so that I fired the screencast program for that issue also

xavithis is another issue. I was concerned about the unability to select or upload new files or images from the bug report interface in dev.t.o

[FIX] wysiwyg: Fix the missing toolbar buttons wish5299.
It seem the ckeditor packages in packagist.org (since v4.3) are the "standard-all" package and previously we have been using the "full" build, and these are now being used by default (even though we specify full zip packages in satis.json...)
Apparently these are actually the same but some of the basic plugins are disabled in "standard-all", so this "fix" adds a pref to restore the plugins we've been using by default.
