   chibaguy__: Does assigning perms to a category not necessarily work (Tiki 13)? I'm trying to "hide" some old content on themes.t.o by categorizing it and limiting viewing permissions for the category. But at least some objects are still visible to anonymous. Strange.

   ricks99: on the final step of the installer, there's a "fix the admin account link"
   <br> re-run the installer (select UPGRADE) and be sure to apply the "admin fix"
