So if each group represents a company - then they see only THEIR tickets. Made soem changes to the tacker permissions (was a bug) so they can even add comments, without being able to edit the ticket after creation. The code is already commited And available in trunk | [01:19] |

SOme words are being found and some are not. Even if the are spelled exacly the same. Like HELP-8 can not be found while HANS-8 can be found. I have done a rebuild of index but nothing helps.
