It looks like wikiplugin_sign is displaying the larger user information content, which won't fit in the sign tooltip area. You can even briefly hover over the signer's name. It looks broken, with content like "country" and the user's photo cut off. .
If I remove overflow:hidden from .wp-sign, you can see the normal user information popup, not the tiny one usually appearing for the sign plugin.
Is that the right content for this plugin?

Oh, sorry, I see what happened. I clicked on the user name in the sign tooltip, which loaded the rest of the information, which is mostly hidden as it oveflows the small span.
Ideally the username shouldn't be a link, in this plugin tooltip, unless overflow-hidden is removed.
But it's a small little bug in the big picture.
