   <br> has anybody see it where the main login page has an issue where the first time you click the login link it prompts for your user name and password, but if you log out then try to get back in, clicking the login link no longer prompts you for the user name and password, it does nothing, click all day, nothing, BUT... if you delete your browser history and re-launch, it works
